The nature of story interests me, particularly within the context of organizations. One little story comes with multiple perspectives. Typically, an organization--and let's not suppose I'm limiting this to bureaucratic structures--tries to present one voice.
Along comes social media with its potential for individual authorship and the promise of multiple perspectives. What does that do to the social structure (the roles, the relationships) of an organization?
I think the good doctor has a painless and elegant way of helping me to express these thoughts:
Social Media | |
| Enhance Authorship | Reverse Individualism |
| Retrieve Playground | Obsolesce Titles |
